We obtained the Great Place To Work® certification

We are pleased to announce that we obtained the Great place to work® certification, globally awarded to the organizations most appreciated by their employees. The certification attests that our work environment and organizational culture are valued by our colleagues, and they have a constant positive experience at work.

Over 77% of them completed the trust Index© questionnaire that is the basis for obtaining the Great place to work® certification. 81% of them said they experience a high trust work environment, while over 80% rated our company as an excellent employer. Thus, the results registered place us with more than 16% above the global average of companies audited by the Great place to work® organization.

At the same time, our FUNgineers stated that the main advantages offered by our company are: the work environment, fairness, flexibility, resources, and competency.

The Great place to work® assessment methodology focuses on a number of important criteria valued by the employees, such as trust, respect, fairness, engagement, communication, competence, collegiality and others. At the same time, it analyzes the relationships of employees with both hierarchical superiors and other colleagues, as well as their perception of their own job.
