We are looking for:
A smart and skilled IT Support Engineer to challenge convention and make an impact while providing technical support to any IT related issue. You will be part of an international team of engineers focused on taking on challenges to solve complex technical and applications problems while keeping the customer satisfaction at its highest levels.
What you will do:
Escalate in case of unexpected events outside the scope of exploitation from delivered documents and procedures;
Observe the availability levels and quality of delivered services;
Monitor the data center servers, services, and infrastructure (Control-M) 24/7;
Ensure operational management of production streams;
Provide application support for users and third-party partners.
What you must have:
Strong knowledge in software operations, databases, and middleware;
Knowledge in scripting (Batch, PowerShell, Phyton) with focus on Windows scripting;
General or specific knowledge of using office applications;
General knowledge in the field of software and hardware monitoring solutions;
General or specific networking knowledge;
Good understanding of change management, incident, and problem management processes;
IT bachelor’s degree or similar.
