IT Support Specialist with German

We are looking for:
    A pro-active and highly motivated IT Support Specialist with a keen eye for details and customer-centric approach, who is ready to take action and get the ball rolling, while working with state-of-the-art technologies in a multi-cultural environment. Wir warten auf dich!

What you will do:
  • Provide initial remote technical software & hardware support;
  • Analyze problems, understand problem impact on clients’ businesses, while applying problem-solving techniques;
  • Respond to client queries and provide timely resolutions to client issues;
  • Maintain good client relationships even in harsh situations;
  • Act in international software support delivery processes and environments;
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically;
  • Consistently communicate with customer and supervisors to have the issues solved;
  • Redirect problems to the optimum resource;
  • Stay informed with system information, changes and updates;
  • Ensure that the process conformity and SLAs are accomplished.

What you must have:
  • Fluency in German & English (both written and verbal);
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and listening skills;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Fast learning capabilities;
  • Availability to work in shifts.
