IT Support Specialist with German

A pro-active and highly motivated IT Support Specialist with a keen eye for details and customer-centric approach, who is ready to take action and get the ball rolling, while working with state-of-the-art technologies in a multi-cultural environment. Wir warten auf dich!
What you will do:
- Provide initial remote technical software & hardware support;
- Analyze problems, understand problem impact on clients’ businesses, while applying problem-solving techniques;
- Respond to client queries and provide timely resolutions to client issues;
- Maintain good client relationships even in harsh situations;
- Act in international software support delivery processes and environments;
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically;
- Consistently communicate with customer and supervisors to have the issues solved;
- Redirect problems to the optimum resource;
- Stay informed with system information, changes and updates;
- Ensure that the process conformity and SLAs are accomplished.
What you must have:
- Fluency in German & English (both written and verbal);
- Problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Fast learning capabilities;
- Availability to work in shifts.
