Network Solution Design Engineer Consultant

As the design owner of project delivery, main responsibility is to meet the project delivery target, thorough delivering the project design solution and implement the corresponding solution design in good quality according to the contract, and it is responsible for delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.

Mandatory Skills
  • Strictly follow the network LLD in making design for specific areas
  • Develop WO for installation and migration
  • Act as technical escalation point of technical issues raised by customer in the network
  • Analyze the current network configuration and make corrections if necessary
  • Develop processes to ensure customer satisfaction, project continuity and the timely delivery of the project
  • Ensure compliance with cyber security related processes and regulations throughout the technical delivery process, eliminate cyber security threats, and avoid major cyber security problems in the entire project delivery process
  • Take responsibility of the technical implementation and design
  • Provide training for other team members
  • Implement the WO and get the necessary approval for the operation
  • Document all the WO in customer applications

Ideal candidate
  • Technical degree
  • High-level English
  • Familiar with the following products: Router, Switch, Firewall, Network Management Systems
  • Familiar with the following technologies: TCP/IP, STP, IGMP, PIM, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, MPLS TE, L3 VPN, L2 VPN, MP-BGP
  • Experience with Huawei Datacom products is considered an advantage
  • CCNP qualification is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team spirit and adaptability
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them accordingly
  • Self-starter, capable of taking initiative to identify & resolve problems, and improve work environment
  • Customer service experience, technical support and troubleshooting skills
  • Generally around of 3 year of telecommunications customer service/ technical support experience
